Have you felt very bad about something you said, or did, but did not muster the courage to say sorry ? Have you regretted your delayed apology, that led to immense hurt ?
Sorry is not just a magic word. When used right, sorry adds a healing touch. Saying sorry is not easy. Your ego may get in the way. You will justify your actions with words like, "You hurt me too." Or something like, "I didn't mean to hurt anybody. It was an accident."
When you regret your action or words, you need to apologize sincerely.
Don't say sorry in a hurry. Such words have no meaning. If you truly
care, create a tender apology that can heal.
