Try To Make Someone Happy...

Making someone happy is a matter of being sensitive to one’s needs. Many pursue the common approach of knowing what the other wants in order to bring them happiness, but the truth however is that we don’t need to know what they want. Instead, we should be observant to the subtleties of their aspirations.

There are ways to know the things that can make someone happy. But the first thing we need to do is to let go our own definition of happiness. Let us always remember that people are different, what makes happiness for one may not be for the other. An effective method to know what can make someone happy is to be sensitive to their concerns. If we truly care about knowing what would constitute happiness to a person it is wise to open our awareness to the things they treasure.

Still, we don’t have to look far to know what brings happiness to a person. More often than not, a simple display of genuine concern is sufficient to brighten someone’s life.

Extending happiness can be as simple as a touch of affection. Have you felt what it’s like to be in the loving arms of the people you love? Don’t you feel happy and assured by the caress of your special someone? I’m sure you do, especially when you are at your most vulnerable. Remember that touch has hidden power, and it’s one of the longing of every person.

If you want to make someone happy you have to learn to appreciate them more. Be Appreciative. Give credits to the accomplishments one makes—no matter how little—and give importance to the efforts they’ve made. People need to be appreciated one way or another, and by being generously appreciative, you are sure to extend happiness to someone.

Helping someone proves to be the most noble form of bringing happiness to someone. Nothing brings much greater delight to a person than finding a helping hand to aid him in his moments of need. Extend a helping hand. All of us need a lending hand once in a while and we feel very happy when someone gives themselves when we needed the most. Be alert for this opportunity if you want give someone a dose of happiness.

Have you ever wondered why having a sense of humor is a plus factor for a person? Being with a person who is jolly, lighthearted and humorous illuminates our spirit. No matter how our day goes, when we’re in the company of a jovial character, it never fails to make us happy. Try to Make someone smile. Make an effort of putting a smile on someone’s face and you’ll never be forgotten.

It is said that kindness is the universal language of love. By being kind to someone we are expressing our concern for the other. Kindness makes us realize our connection with others; irrespective of any barriers, any show of kindness portrays an act of love. When someone shows kindness it lifts our spirits and gives us an unexplainable feeling of gratitude. It makes us happy knowing that someone have made an effort to go out of their way just to extend their grace.

Stop being deaf and blind to the obvious needs of others, learn to let go of yourself to clearly see the manifestation of someone’s longing, and from there we can figure out the most memorable gift we can give to make someone happy.

Somethings to Think Upon...

1. Maybe. . we were supposed to meet the wrong people before meeting the right one so that, when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift.

2. Maybe. . . when the door of happiness closes, another opens; but, often times, we look so long at the closed door that we don't even see the new one which has been opened for us.

3. Maybe. . .it is true that we don't know what we have until we lose it, but it is also true that we don't know what we have been missing until it arrives.

4. Maybe. . . the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

5. Maybe. . . the brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past; after all, you can't go on successfully in life until you let go of your past mistakes, failures and heartaches.

6. Maybe. . . you should dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go, be what you want to be, because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you dream of, and want to do.

7. Maybe. . . there are moments in life when you miss someone -- a parent, a spouse, a friend, a child -- so much that you just want to pick them from your dreams and hug them for real, so that once they are around you appreciate them more.

8. Maybe.. . . the best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.

9. Maybe. . you should always try to put yourself in others' shoes. If you feel that something could hurt you, it probably will hurt the other person, too.

10. Maybe. .you should do something nice for someone every single day, even if it is simply to leave them alone.

11. Maybe. .giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they will love you back. Don't expect love in return; just wait for it to grow in their heart; but, if it doesn't, be content that it grew in yours.

12. Maybe.. . . happiness waits for all those who cry, all those who hurt, all those who have searched, and all those who have tried, for only they can appreciate the importance of all the people who have touched their lives.

13. Maybe. . . you shouldn't go for looks; they can deceive; don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile, because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile.

14. Maybe. . you should hope for enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, and enough hope to make you happy

15. Maybe. . . you should try to live your life to the fullest because when you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling but when you die, you can be the one who is smiling and everyone around you crying.

Do You Know How to Say Sorry?

Have you felt very bad about something you said, or did, but did not muster the courage to say sorry ? Have you regretted your delayed apology, that led to immense hurt ?

Sorry is not just a magic word. When used right, sorry adds a healing touch. Saying sorry is not easy. Your ego may get in the way. You will justify your actions with words like, "You hurt me too." Or something like, "I didn't mean to hurt anybody. It was an accident."

When you regret your action or words, you need to apologize sincerely. Don't say sorry in a hurry. Such words have no meaning. If you truly care, create a tender apology that can heal.

How To dance In The Rain

It was a busy morning, about 8:30, when an elderly gentleman in his
80's, arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb.

He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00 am.

I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be
over an hour before someone would be able to see him.

I saw him looking at his watch, and decided, since I was not busy
with another patient, I would evaluate his wound.

On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got
the needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound.

While taking care of his wound, I asked him if he had another
doctor's appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry.

The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to the nursing home
to eat breakfast with his wife.

I inquired as to her health; he told me that she had been there for
a while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer's Disease.

As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late.

He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not
recognized him in five years now.

I was surprised, and asked him, 'And you still go every morning,
even though she doesn't know who you are'?

He smiled as he patted my hand and said, 'She doesn't know me, but
I still know who she is'.

I had to hold back tears as he left; I had goose bumps on my arm,
and thought, 'That is the kind of love I want in my life'.

True love is neither physical, nor romantic. True love is an
acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not be.

With all the jokes and fun that are in e-mails, sometimes there is
one that comes along that has an important message.

This one I thought I could share with you.

The happiest people don't necessarily have the best of everything;
they just make the best of everything they have.

I hope you share this with someone you care about. I just did.

'Life isn't about how to survive the storm,
But how to dance in the rain.

If Someone Loves You Like This...

If Someone Loves You Like This..
You Will Never Fall In Trouble ......

She said that she wanted to get high.
He took her to the tallest hill in town.

She said that she wanted to stay up All night and drink.
He gave her a 12 pack of caffeinated Pepsi and said "drink up."

She said that she wanted to shoot Herself in the face.
He gave her a water gun, put her finger On the trigger, aimed it at her face, and Helped her pull the trigger.

She said that she wanted to cut herself.
He took a Polaroid of her, handed it to Her along with scissors, and had her cut it up.

She said that she wanted to see her blood.
He took her to get her ears pierced.

She said that she wanted to cry herself to sleep.
He had her watch a sad, romantic movie before bed.

She said that she wanted to be alone.
He gave her a name tag that said "my Name is: alone."

If Someone Loves U Like This..
He/She will Keep You happy Even if You Want To Fall In Trouble.

I wish as i feel you feel the same too

Do you know how many feelings i carry in my heart,
how do i end my day and how do i start.
Missing you and longing 4 u is all i can do,
but i wish as i feel you feel the same too.

Do you know how many unspoken words i wanna say,
how can i say i keep on finding the ways.
Loving you and praying 4 you is all i can do
but i wish as i feel you feel the same too.

Do you know how many dreams i have in my eyes,
how can i fulfill them i keep on telling the lies.
Preaching you and caring 4 you is all i can do,
but i wish as i feel you feel the same too.

Do you know how much pain is deep in my soul,
how do i bear them and keep trying to come out of the whole,
Searching you and urging 4 u is all i can do
but i wish as i feel you feel the same too.

Do you know how much I LOVE YOU,
i wanna tell but unable to do.
Missing u, loving u, preaching u, searching u , wat else i can do,
I wish as i feel you feel the same too........

Sometimes Somewhere...

sometimes in life we feel so blue,
but someone somewhere is not happy as u...

somewhere far at the border when a soldier sleeps,
missing his loved ones, he silently weeps...

somewhere a mother painfully sighs coz,
her new born baby didn't open her eyes...

somewhere a poor dad cries,
to see his son begging 4 a bowl of rice...

somewhere an orphan girls is sad,
when she misses her mom n dad..

so at times a reason to smile u may not have any,
say to yourself that u r happier than many...

coz life is beautiful n its not always blue..
n someone somewhere is not happy as u !!

An Artist Or A Thief

Your lips, your eyes, your soul
Are like a work of art,
The most creative thing of all
Is your beautiful heart.

If you were a painting,
No colors could express
The beauty deep inside you,
A rainbow, nothing less.

If you were a sculpture
The clay could hardly make
Your figure of an angel
Without one mistake.

If you were a euphony
No choir could really sing
All the beautiful music
Your eyes could possibly bring.

So here I am, an artist,
With inspiration beyond belief
But to capture such rare beauty,
I'd have to be a thief.

Never Lose Hope

Hope is a precious commodity.
It fuels our drive. It gives us the courage
to continue through any struggle.

Hope gives us the desire to face
another day, to strive to overcome
it's challenges and work for new ones.

Hope gives us glimpses of tomorrow,
of the possibilities that lie in our future
and of the paths we need to travel.

Hope lightens our steps when the
road is strewn with obstacles,
and helps us decide on our route.

Hope puts a smile on our face
and a glimmer in our eyes.

Hope let's us see love as it blooms.

Never lose faith in your abilities,
trust the instincts you have inside,
they will guide you through your journey.

And always have hope.

Always look to the future.

Always believe that the best is out
there for you to find.

Never lose your hope.
Never lose the faith you have in
who you are.

Because with that faith in yourself,
lies the essence of your hope.
